🎄❤️ Our 5th grade and preschool students had a wonderful time spreading holiday cheer! They created heartfelt cards for our South Dakota Troops and had a blast decorating Christmas cookies.
There will be softball open gym on Saturdays from 10-12pm in Florence for anyone interested.
The third and fourth graders enjoyed an afternoon of bingo and treats with some residents at Jenkin's in Watertown to spread a little Christmas cheer!
A little late notice but we will have dress up days in the Middle and High School for the rest of the week. There are also a few dress up days for the elementary students who are not otherwise dressing up as a class reward. We encourage all to participate as we get ready for Winter Break!
Three talented skaters that attend Henry Elementary took part in the 2024 10th Annual WFSC Skate Games - Dakota Series!
•Bayleigh earned a 3rd place medal and a 1st place trophy.
•Brooklyn secured a 3rd place medal and a 3rd place trophy.
•Sage took home a 4th place medal and a 4th place trophy.
Awesome job, girls! We’re all so proud of your achievements!
The 24-25 Schwab Scholarship is now out. Please contact brigett.hauck@k12.sd.us, if you want a copy. This Scholarship needs to be post marked by March 1st, 2025. It is for current seniors and students attending post secondary education their first 4 years.

JUNIORS. The Juniors are scheduled to take the ASVAB on Thursday morning at 8 am in the Henry High School Gym. Any Senior that wants to take this can as well. Please bring your computer charged and a charger for your computer. If you are in NTHS please let your instructor know you will be gone for an excused reason on Thursday.

We are hard at work to set up our tables. Reminder we are open from 4:30 to 7:00. There will be a bus leaving from the Boys and Girls Club at 5:00.
Tomorrow our Helping Hands Store will be open from 4:30-7:00. There are tons of different items available as well as crafts and a movie to keep the kiddos entertained while the adults shop. There will even be an opportunity for the kids to see Santa! The entire event is free will donations. Spread the word, we can't wait to see everyone tomorrow!
The Henry Staff would like to thank Cornie at the Double Barrel and several parents for their generosity and thoughtfulness! They provided a meal, gift card and goodies for us on Friday! We are so thankful for you all!
